Knowledge Transfer Partnership

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) enable businesses to access knowledge, technology and skills from a college. It is a three-way partnership between a business, college and qualified graduate lasting about two years.

The graduate, known as an associate, is based in the business as part of the team and works towards new ideas or opportunities for innovation. They help the business gain knowledge and capability, increasing their competitiveness and productivity.
